Hello, Everyone! This is rather early because I don't think i will have the chance to post it later. So here it is! I feel really bad about missing so many days... Things just don't seem to work out a lot lately but I will continue to post whenever I can! I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Today's Challenge: Sit in a chair, stretch 1 leg to the side, bend toward your leg, and lift your other arm overhead.
How To Do It:
Sit up straight in a chair. Extend your right leg straight out to the side, pointing your knee and toes toward the ceiling. Bend to the right and put your right hand on your leg. Sweep your left arm over your head and hold it near your left ear. Stay in this position for five deep breaths, then switch sides.
