I recently found out that Netflix has insane amount of Leslie's DVD. I ordered up Walk away the Pounds for Abs and got it this weekend. Hoping to trying it out tonight.1 -

Hi Ive been gone for a few months but i'm back....I have been walking a lot and using my Garmin Vivo Fit -- it tracks my steps.... So my goal is to have a least 5500 steps a day...I'm stuck at my desk all day at work so that might not seem like a lot of steps, but for me it is1
