Hola everyone! I didn't check-in yesterday because I had to attend a little pity party I threw myself after my appointment with the neurologist. I spiraled into a salty, yummy mess that probably put me 7-800 calories over my goal. This is the first time that's happened since 7/1/16.
I'm okay now and I'm back to posting. Hope everyone is on-track for success. My weigh-in is tomorrow, oh boy . . .

Hi everyone !
Did I exercise for 20 minutes? Yes! Fitbit says I stepped 11,926 for 5.4 miles! During some of those steps I jogged/walked 3 miles on my running trail! I plan on running a 5k on Veteran's Day at Fort Benning, GA!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! Actually MFP was fussing at me telling I had not eaten enough calories...well...I'm IFing so I had 2 servings of my very awesome sausage & cabbage stew!

This was a long day of work for me, just got home at 10:00 pm.
On the MFP and UAC front:
Exercise: a nice slow walk to after a good night's sleep to recover from the last two days of hard exercise: OK

9/14/16 yes/yes/yes ok today's training fried my brain good thing I exercised before going.1

I did a whole lot of walking for the day, 2-15 minute sessions, and a long walk with the BF in the evening.
I was under calories, and tracked everything I ate. Some how managed to avoid snacking all day.0
