    Happy Friday to you all!
    I really appreciate it when you share your life, pets, personal daily challenges, and more.
    @Intrinsicat, a few days ago, used the acronym, NSV, I had to look that up. Google attributed that to Weight Watchers as meaning Non-Scale-Victory.
    The UAC can be used for Scale Victories and Non-Scale-Victrories. Being accountable and living well is for your lifetime. I hope you have lots of NSVs!

  • Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 30 minutes Concept 2 rowing machine, 60 minutes strength training, 30 minutes Spin bike, and 30 minutes Pilates.

    69 minutes slow walking + 30 Day Squat Circuit/Thigh/Plank & Push-Up Challenges. Today I had to make-up my plank from yesterday so this morning I did a 97 second plank and this evening I did a 122 second plank - yes, that's right, a TWO MINUTE PLANK!

    Yes 1 hour tango class - that was a big flop I am not a dancer. 20 mins elliptical, 15 minutes ladder drills and 15 minutes strength

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Barely - today was a munchy day and I don't know why - but I'm still laying here hungry, but I refuse to nom on any more snacks!

    I can post photos from my iPhone 6... Not sure if it's phone specific but if u have a photo library on ur phone you should be able to access from the camera icon showing above while you type

    This was a mega-exercise/activity day for me. I am an early morning exerciser. Today started with a 25 minute Active Isolated Stretch routine; then 46 minutes of Cardio/Strength intervals which included running, rowing, and biking.
    Tracking was ok. Calories were ok.

    Yes did 2 long walks and clocked up 22000+ steps :)

    Yes under by alot

    Another super busy day at work. Of course it's only going to get worse with Fall allergy and flu season approaching. I got my flu shot the other day. My arm wasn't even sore. (I was such a big girl, I really wanted the sucker they were giving out! Haha!)
    Did I exercise for 20 minutes? Yes. Only 8,282 steps. It was hard to leave my unit.
    Did I stay within my calorie range. Yes, this was day 3 of my fast.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes. I still need to up my water intake.

    I did all three. Was at a baseball game, lots of fun. Munchies at a game is hard to control your calories. Thank goodness for exercise calories.
