    One of my dearest friends and colleagues, Bill Hammond, of Kansas City, is a coach for lawyers and executives. I especially appreciate his wisdom. So many people, especially us Type A folks, mistakenly believe that our opinions are facts. But, in fact,they are usually opinions.
    Bill always says,"There is more than one right answer."
    The UAC team proves that everyday. You each are finding right answers that fit you, your goals and your life!

    I'm going to do the pass thing today. I'm off my IF and I'm wanting to eat while watching College football. Alabama and Ole Miss should be really good today! You know those Bammers are honked because Ole Miss has beaten them 2 years in a row! Happy Saturday and War Eagle!!!

    Yes (45 min treadmill 30 min weights)

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes I did (pre-logged)

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes I did and proud of that bc that means I didn't graze or pick thinking it didn't count ! LOL

    63 minute walk & 30 day challenges. Today was my second day doing a 2 minute plank - I ROCK!
    Today it was extremely hard to get through everything, it probably took me twice as long. I was dreading the plank, but I did it. Again, I rock!

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?

    4 mile 1 hour jog / walk
    20 minutes elliptical and 20 minutes strength training
    3 HOURS walking and trotting horses around the ring. I only went for two but they were desperate for volunteers. Walking that sandy gravel for three hours my legs are sore
    Oh and an hour leisure walk with family in town after dinner because I freakin' hadn't walked enough today already! Hahahahhahahaha (maniacal laughter)

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. I probably could've had half a personal pan pizza and still not gone over... Oh wait a minute, I did ... Mm mm white pizza.... With 900 calories to spare!!

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep

    Today was a beautiful day at the farm. Lot's of landscaping and farm chores with much walking.
    Exercise was very ok.
    Calories were ok.
    Tracking was ok

    yes yes yes 9/17/2016 not a stellar eating day. I skipped a meal to eat candy and chips and then had no energy so I crashed early and went to bed. Oh will I ever learn. ;)

    Yes had a 1hr long walk in the Forrest not sure on steps tho as mapmyfitness has decided it no longer wants to sync to myfitnesspal :/

    Late entry. I did an hour and a half walk in my living room and kitchen. Very lonely and boring when everyone else is sleeping.

    Made my calories, and logged all my food and drink.
