Morning, Everyone! It's the start of a new week and we are going to do it right with an easy exercise that you can do throughout the day.

Today's Challenge: Each time you stand up or sit down today, do it a second time

It may sound simple but you'll learn pretty quick just how much you stand up and sit down throughout the day.

    sounds good I shall do this just came back from retreat where meals were prepared daily and served to me and along with dessert it was so good and it was spiritual and a silent retreat so I am starting to practice my experience!!! thanks for this !

    Unfortunately that is part of my issue. I sit too long at my desk everyday without getting up. I've been setting the timer on my phone for 30 minutes each time I sit down. This way I don't forget to get up because I'm distracted by work. Being aware of how much you sit in a day will only help move us toward being healthier.
