The honest truth of this saying is that Cheat Days undo the good work of an entire week!

My day was like @Intrinsicat
I have been pushing my exercise levels up, so today, I had to take Aleve for the lactic acid and over all malaise.
Exercise: Very light, but more than a 20 minute walk outside
Calories: Just under the limit= ok
Tracking: good.2 -
Sunday was a rough day. I just barely got in my actual exercise. I however, was busy. I did a lot of errands, and house cleaning.
My calories were awesome, I even turned down the banana split I had saved calories for and went with a small sundae instead. (Half the calories)
I logged everything!2 -
