Yes 20 mins elliptical and 15 mins strength
An hour walk / jog around the circuit

up and atem early this morning now I need to call it an early night. I remember when I was a teenager and I couldn't wait to be an adult and do whatever I want. LOL Well I want to go to bed early.2 -

Exercise today, was what is called long-slow. I did 40 minutes of cardio walking with a heart rate monitor.
Calories: below goal. Biggest contributor to low calories was the sushi dinner with my 11 year old birthday girl granddaughter, Lucy.
Tracking: right on and ok.2 -

I managed to walk 45 minutes yesterday. I wanted to go for an evening walk, however the BF was not up to it, and I won't walk alone in the dark. Did some pacing in the living room to get my steps.
I ate like crap, somehow managed to stay under calories. (Thought I was going to have to take a pass) It is funny, 4 months ago, the way I ate yesterday would have been nothing, a mere drop in the bucket. I would have eaten all the same stuff I did, but only in bigger quantities, and probably more crappy things too.
Yes, I logged it.1
