This MFP program works!
Yesterday, Monday, I was working in my law firm, when my daughter and law partner, Diana, introduced me to a new client. He is 40ish male who was dressed in a blue suit and he looked healthy and slim. My daughter wanted me to meet him because he had told her that over a 2 year period, he had lost 110 lbs using MFP. We talked for 10 minutes. He told me that he had been 310 lbs at 6' tall. All the weight gain happened because he just ate for any reason, no reason and without thought. With MFP, he was able to track what he ate and he became thoughtful and committed to reaching his goal of weighing 200lbs.

So I have the alarm set for 5am to exercise but some how my dog decided that I needed to get my rear moving earlier and there was no convincing her we still had time left so I fed her and got started. She stands by me the whole time I exercise when i am done she retires to her blanket and goes back to sleep. She is getting use to the new job but according to my husband she isn't fond of it. I think both of them will get use to it soon

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes (elliptical 50 min + parked as far and as safely as I could from my unit at the Hosptial - psychiatric SO had to be careful)

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 45 minute Cardio Drumming class, 30 minute Tabata class, and 60 minutes strength training.

This was a fun day for me. I did a public workshop this afternoon. I enjoy speaking to prospective clients about what we can do for them.
Exercise: I did walk outside for 20 minutes at 4 mph, and then I did landscaping chores for 90 minutes this evening.
Tracking: ok
Calories: I was very under the limit.
Weather was beautiful and low humidity.

It was a very busy day. I didn't take time for my 30 minute meditation. Wow! I missed that! Making time in my day for healthful things such as exercise and meditation is as important (if not more) as any other appointment in my day.1 -
@sherrirollins4 Some people schedule their workouts, and meditation into their days. Me, not so much...I like to procrastinate too much for a schedule.
I did 80 minutes of walking yesterday.
I logged and came in under calories.
Even with the Twinkie attack. I ate two, they weren't as calorie laden as I had thought they would be.1 -
