    Good day to all!
How do you measure MFP success? Most MFP members are on a gross weight loss journey.
As you all report in, I am so impressed with the amount of exercise that many of you are doing! You are getting stronger; higher cardio efficiency; and surely, more muscle and less fat. BUT, sometimes your scale can be giving you "negative feedback.' Even though, your clothes fit better; you have more energy; you move more fluidly; and your body measurements are improved.
Rejoice that you are a SUCCESS!!! Don't let that scale dictate your mood and feelings of success. Track and report your Non-Scale-Victories and share them with all of us on your team here at the UAC.

NSV I am content. I know this sounds weird but in another challenge I was in they said when you look in a mirror what is the first thing that comes to mind and I thought I am content.

I have so many NSV's since I started with MFP, I will list a few though.

Fitting into smaller pants, needing a smaller bra (can't wait to be able to buy cute ones. So sick of black, white and nude.) Big girls like to look pretty too.

Getting my family to eat better, being aware that our food and exercise choices have consequences.

Walked a 7k without stopping, and not finishing last. Even went and walked around down town afterwards.

    More Stamina!

FYI, my 30 Day Challenges include Squat Circuit + Thigh + Push-Up + Plank. This is my second month of challenges and instead of getting easier, they seem to be getting harder! I think the fact that I have had to slow down my cardio has influenced my endurance. I just keep saying, this too shall pass.

Oops! It's Thursday morning and I just remembered that even though I read your reports, I forgot to add my own.
I had a great workout today (Wednesday). It was a cardio/strength/HIIT day. My Maximum Heart Rate reached the 90% zone during a stationary bike sprint. Overall it was my longest and best workout of 2016. Push ups were close to my highest this year.
Exercise: 48 minutes of HIIT; 25 minutes of Active Isolated Stretching
Calories; I was enough under that I got to enjoy some popcorn!! Yeah!
    Tracking: ok

I walked for 40 minutes today. Had to do some pacing in the evening to make my goal in steps. Did it during commercials, so not counting it as exercise tonight.

Logged everything, and made my calories with a whopping 13 to spare. The Twinkies are winning the Battle this week. I may have lost the battle, but I will win the war!!!!
