I am just ecstatic! I recently hit 20 lbs down and I think I owe it to my new fit bit. I went from being active 3 measly hours per week, to 11 hours per week (more walking than working out). It's nice to visually see how well I'm doing and then to have the scale drop for confirmation. I just wanna keep moving!2 -

Shawna, sounds like the Fitbit is doing you good! I upped my steps quite naturally by a few thousand steps per day when I got the Fitbit too.

I have to adjust my intake. With 6 cups of carrot juice daily, the rest of my diet needs a makeover to take the additional calories/nutrients into account. I didn't weigh today, but yesterday it was 181.2, which is 1.2 pounds gained from the last weigh-in.1
