Morning, Everyone. We did some funny walks yesterday well today we are going to be active whenever we sit!

Today's Challenge:
Do a seated "walking" exercise to build balance and core body strength at least 5 times today.

When you sit, pretend you are walking! It's a good way to keep active when you have to sit a lot!
