Walked this morning, did a bit of paperwork and then dug some potatoes and mowed some grass.... not sure why I did all that because now my body hurts!! (Probably the potatoe digging!!)

Travel day to the city...had to walk when I got home to make my 10,000 steps. I got to watch the Harvest Moon rising - beautiful!!

Doing well....but a little bit of stress happening so will have to get it under control, it is affecting my sleep again.... I think the stress is related to my retirement luncheon this afternoon. I can honestly say I haven't missed some of the people!! And the all choices to make for my pension....oh dear !!
