Morning, everyone! Today, in homage of The Sitless Boot Camp coming up in a couple of days, we are going to be doing challenges that can help get you into the swing of things! For more information, check out the announcement at the top of the group page or go to:
Today's Challenge: whenever you sit down today do some sort of seated exercise
You could do some leg stretches or some bicep curls. Whatever kind of exercise you can think of while sitting down.

Okay, I'm just about to catch up on some tv programmes I'd recorded, but I shall sit on my exercise bike and pedal whilst doing so. This used to be something I did a lot, but fell out of that habit in the last few months.

Love this! My husband thinks using a MacBook is a seated exercise LOL! On a recent day off, I was lucky enough to snatch 15 mins out in the sun. Rather than just laying there, I did 15 mins of lying down leg raises.1
