    The UAC is about being fit for life. It's not about doing extreme things for the sake of a quick fix. It's about being consistent and persistent with eating within our chosen calorie limits; tracking our water and food intake; and intentionally doing more than 20 minutes a day of calorie-burning activity. It seems so easy, but in a junk food world, it takes discipline and we need each other for accountability.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes (got home from work early so before starting dinner walked for one hour in the treadmill -today is my day off from training)

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yup (under)

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes I did!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes three hours walking horses (rally probably two hours and some standing around between 40 minute classes, 30 minutes elliptical and half hour strength training

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Looking forward to hanging out here and encouraging others - I won't make the winners circle in October because we will be in Orlando for five days I refuse to be accountable for! Hahaha

    You are all wonderful!
    Today, I have been traveling with a friend with Parkinson's Disease. My activity was walking with him for one half an hour. We walked very slowly but we walked together. That was the most important thing today.
    Calories were below limit
    Tracking was ok
    I look forward to sharing with you next month too!
