    I've got a very inconsistent internet connection so I'm going to follow @2020pinktogo example:

    I'll have same problem tomorrow but Sunday I return to my home, so I'll be in the Internet zone again. Now, I'm in Door County, WI which is a peninsula into Lake Michigan

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes...30 minute Step class, 30 minute Pump and Sculpt class, and 60 minutes strength training.

    I want to thank Ranger Rick for hosting this awesome accountability group. You are a great leader and provide inspiration and motivation who need a good kick in the *ss! You also ground people which most of us usually need some form of reality check from time to time.

    I would love to continue in October but I will be in China for 2 weeks and will find it very very hard to log my food!

    Good luck to everyone in which ever journey MFP brings you .

    Well late update. I was on vacation, but I managed to log the last 2 days, exercise and stay under calories. :)
