I'm back from a fall weekend away in Northern Wisconsin. There was very poor internet in my rental.
Last night, I looked back at the end of September and the last couple of days. I am happy to report that there were several UAC members in the September Winner's Circle: @Luckee_me (who also was awarded that 1000 mile challenge completion); @Jtkatch who is off to visit China; @2020pinktogo; @Intrinsicat ; and @fearlessinmy3rdact
Hoorah!!
For me, last month was so much fun! The reason is how much all of the UAC team members shared themselves and encouraged each other.

Did a 5k walk this morning and as my nephew was having a crisis this morning I told him I would wear a scarf so he would know he was in my thoughts all days. My nephews have bought most of my crazy scarves he chose the one with the silly cats. I call them my love scarves would I have bought them myself NOPE but I wear them because they make me laugh.4 -

I had a fun day. We had an excellent month at my law firm. I work with the issues of aging, death and disability. Sounds horrible but it's wonderful. I get lots of hugs. My website is www.lawelderlaw.com I'm the only old one and I've got lots of young folks around me.
Exercise today was 30 minutes of Aaron Mattis style Active Isolated Stretching (it feels so good) and then 30 minutes of over 4 mph walking on the treadmill while watching an old cowboy movie with Hopalong Cassidy

Tomorrow morning, I promise to do my hardest exercise set of Cardio/Strength Intervals of at least 35 minutes, hopefully, 45 minutes.2 -

Exercise? Yes, did a short run this morning with my daughter and then later some walking, 51 minutes total active minutes.
In calorie goal? Just barely! I had to rush dinner and just grab something last minute because I had an evening event.
Track everything? Yes, even my water, which I haven't been doing until now. I could drink more.

Awesome day! Worked at the hospital an stayed away from the chocolate which is hard to do when I'm tired and harried.
Exercise- yes, strength training X 45 min, stationary bike X 30. The ankle is coming along. I want to run so badly, but will be good.
Cals- Yes!!!!
