    Ok, I saw this image and I thought, most of the time, when I report my horseback riding exercise, y'all are thinking, "Hey, the horse is the one that got the exercise, Rick!!". Take a look at this....horseback exercise!

    Well this week is the bank's 100th anniversary plus it's the first of the month and it's busy as it is. Yet we are serving cookies and lemonade and giving out flowers and choc cigars.

    I guess wed they are bringing in pizza I'll pass on that as I don't want to have a stomach ache at work. Thursday night we are all invited to the country club. I am going with a bunch of the other ladies whose husbands are third shifters or are widowers. Once again I will probably have a diet soda and make an appearance. LOL I just have too many food allergies.

    walked already this morning and I'm hoping for a less busy day at the bank.

    I got to play tennis today and learn something new. It helps when my scheduled exercise is also my scheduled fun for the day!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Went for a walk for an hour before lunch.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    I have given up on tracking my water. I try, but it's kind of futile given that I refill my glass throughout the day, so I can't get an exact idea of how much water I'm drinking. The same goes for when I'm doing sport. I'm not sure how much I drank, how much my teammates stole, and how much I splashed on my face! I track all drinks with calories, but not water.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes.. 30 minute Fit Board class, 45 minute Cardio Drumming class, 30 minute Tabata class, and 60 minutes strength training.

    I just chug water all day and know that I am drinking plenty. If you know you are getting enough water, don't worry about it- just make sure to track any drinks with calories like you said . On the other hand, if you are not sure if you get enough water, then maybe make it a point to really monitor it for a few days.

    Yep, they sure are fun!! Awesome instructors, great workouts ( we sweat a lot ), and lots of laughter while we're getting our butts kicked!! lol

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, this challenge is helping me very mindful of planning out my day and my calorie goal at the beginning of the day, not at the end when it's too late! I love it.

    I met my aspirational exercise goal for today. I wanted to do Cardio/Strength Intervals longer than last week. I succeeded. Last week, I did 48 minutes and 383 calories. Today, I did 60 minutes at 448 calories. In addition, I hit a personal best for this year for my pushup intervals and my cardio interval on the bike and the rowing machine. Good day!
    Calories:ok and below limit
    Tracking including water: Ok.
