This quote is not a joke. During the last 20+ years, I allow myself to drift up until my pants are too tight, and then I kick it in gear and get back down to 190. I'm actually 189.5 today. You are all having a motivating effect on me.

First of all, awesome job Rick!! That must feel amazing to get back to your base weight!!! Your news has been inspiring to me. I too suffer from "My pants are too tight, so I had better do something about it" syndrome.
Went to two spin classes today and it was great. I totally got into that hard work zone during the second class that I am only used to from running. Since my speed interval running has been on hold for quite some time (another injury of course), I was pretty excited!! Are my legs tired now? Uh, yes.

Friday's are my 10 hour days I really don't mind the long day but as we had the party the night before my tuckus was dragging this morning. Plus I have noticed I live on protein bars on friday if I don't make up my yogurt. So today was mainly protein bars all day then I had the portabella mushrooms when I came home. Did I stay in my calories yep, did I exercise yep just the bare minimum. Did I track it all YEP!!!1
