Hi Team,
I invited some friends over to do some rowing exercises. In this vintage exercise photo, it's interesting to see how slender these folks were. Back then, nobody was drinking high sugar/fat beverage of 800-1,200 calories each.

So today was go visit grandma and as I work 5 days a week I really don't need 8 pairs of what my grandma calls joggers. So I gave Her the 2 pair I had with pockets and racing stripes down the sides. My mothers says she will kill me if she goes down to dinner in them. LOL My mother worries about the silliest things I would be more worried she would go down without any pants on.
Today is just a rest day as I am pretty well spent and feel kind of icky. I'll exercise later.2 -

No hurricanes in Chicago metro. Here on the farm, the leaves are changing and the early morning temperature was 39 degrees F.
I was outside today with two other men as we removed 5 big oak stumps; burned brush; cut grass; watered new shrubs and enjoyed the fall weather. The horses enjoyed just watching us do all the work.
Exercise: 6 hours of outdoor work
Calories: under the limit even with drinking a lovely Hoegarden, Belgium White Wheat beer.
Tracking: all A-Ok,

10/8 I just barely did the exercise i had no energy Hmmm.... could it be because I lived on potato chips and candy all day. yep what can I say I ate like my grandmother stayed in my calories and I tracked it all. I don't know how the woman eats like that all the time but when you're 93 you can eat whatever you like. I need to have protein and veggies at least 6 days a week. LOL0

Went to a fundraiser fish fry tonight and then out for cocktails for my husband's birthday. About halfway through the night I lost count.
Will have to take my first pass day.0 -
