Should I Bump up my dose???

I started my first injection Wednesday have felt nothing. No side effects but I don't feel "full" like I supposedly should. I've been my complete normal self. I think I'm going to bump up my dose tomorrow (day 4) instead of waiting a week as stated. Has anyone else had this happen? Side Note: I've already lost 60lb on my own in 9 months just hoping this would help me lose more faster.
