Just starting. Help!

I'm planning to start day 1 tomorrow. There us no way I can eat 5 green containers (veggies). I straight up don't like most vegetables.
Here's what I'm planning. Please let me know if this looks ok?

Breakfast: Smoothie with Greek yogurt frozen fruit half banana.
Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch: Salad with cucumber mushrooms romaine onions and Greek dressing
Snack: Apple and cheese
Dinner: Chicken breast with brown rice, salsa, corn, peppers.

Does this sound ok? I'm in the 2000 calorie range

    Maybe throw some greens into your smoothie so they're blended in? Some spinach or kale?

    I like that idea...smoothies are a great way to get in veggies without the taste being altered too much. ..carrots act like a sweetener....don't let the color deter you from trying new additions ;)
