Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?

One of the things that I hope we emphasize enough in the UAC is the importance of overcoming Scale-Only-Measurements. Please...I mean, "Pretty pretty please!!" Pay attention to many other measures of success. A few days ago, I had a go-in-the-ditch business event dinner that sent my scale needle soaring. Nonetheless, when I compare my belly waist measurement today vs. July, I am down 1.5 inches. That did not change from one slip. It's consistency and persistency of tracking; intentional calorie burning activity and eating within your chosen calorie limits. That is what makes life changing differences. Keep the faith and ignore the daily gyrations of your scale. Celebrate your NSV, non-scale victories.

This was an easy day after lots of weekend exercise. I'm sore today.
Exercise: easy walk over 20 minutes
Calories: under the limit. Lots of veggies, but I still enjoy my red wine.
    Tracking: ok

So many are doing so well! Congrats guys! I'm typing from the airport in the way home from vacation. Lots of walking but lots of junky park food I'm not even going to try to account for - I'm just here this month to cheer you all on!

We managed to get down to Florida after our flights were canceled by renting a car and driving around Matthew!! People thought we were nuts but the weather was amazing our whole trip. Had a great time! Now back to work to keep losing before the cruise trip!
