Hi ladies,
Research shows that logging everything you eat consistently gives results with weight loss.
I have been slacking and inconsistent with my logging and have plateaued with weight loss the last month (baby is 13 weeks old- my second).
I want to be held accountable. So I plan on setting little mini goals for myself to reach my ultimate goal of 20lb weight loss.
First mini goal is log everything I eat every day this week for one week.
This challenge will start Monday 10/10 and go through 10/16.
Join me and lets do this together!

First day and going strong. I forget how much logging everything puts what you eat into perspective. I have definitely said, "no" to several temptations today to stay within goal.1

Hello! I've been logging every day for a few weeks now. It definitely works. I also log on the days I've gone over. Good luck with it!1

Logging daily is the only way I can lose weight. That's why I came back to calorie counting.3

Okay, so I didn't log the first few days of the week b/c I was off work and wasn't thinking about it but I was eating fine. I'm logging again and I'm keeping it up.1

I am going over like every other day, but I am sticking with logging. Its good for me to see where I am mindlessly grazing, or mindlessly jumping on junk food when Im hungry.1
