    Off to weekly bible study. Didn't do so good last week, although I avoided taking the leftovers home afterward. I'm having breakfast now, so I won't be hungry, and will just have coffee with them, no matter even if it's blueberry pie they bring today. No if's, and's, but's, or maybe's.

    Had frost here last night, shows on the roofs of cars. And fall colors are blossoming. Tomorrow canoeing a river with a buddy-- the Swift always has water because it's constantly released from a huge reservoir. Other rivers are all dry here.

    I'm so sorry for your loss, John. Add my prayers to those of your other friends, here.

    Didn't sign in yesterday because I made an early start to go fishing. Up even earlier, today, to head out for a hike in the Olympic Mountains. It is another long climb up to a pass I have wanted to reach for years. Last spring there was too much snow. It will be clear sailing today.

    Looking forward to a productive day today.

    Seeing PT at lunch time so that she can yank on my shoulder and possibly make me cry again. Sigh.... It is helping, and I am feeling better. I just wish it could be better in one simple, painless session!

    Good Morning. I woke up yesterday checked my work emails to find my day was well underway. Sorry about not checking in. I finished the day watching all 13 innings of the Giants game. Sore and tired but I am trying to stay off pain meds if possible. It is hard to imagine 7+ weeks of this.

    Steve, I thought of you and Connie quite a bit yesterday and continue to hold you close in prayer.
    John, I am sorry for your loss. I wish there were words to ease this journey.
    Bob praying for your daughter this week.

    Gotta get started working while the standing is doable

    I feel sorry for your loss too John. Thanks for the good Ts and Ps for my DD.
    Oof Steve hope you don't cry too much with the shoulder yanking.
    I am thinking this group could hire their own full time PT person and keep them working 24/7.
