    I am also a newbie. Im just on month 2 of my 6 month physician supervised diet. Im looking at a gastric sleeve surgery next year and am super excited and scared!

    I wanted to give a quick intro as well. I've been meeting with a nutritionist and doing all of my pre-surgery tasks. I'm hoping for insurance approval and surgery in mid-February. I've lost 16 lbs so far in the past 2 1/2 months and I'm working to make the changes that I will need to support my weight loss and future maintenance.
