Hi all. Glad to find a group for our age group. I'm in my mid 70s, and continue to be active both physically and professionally (I'm a coach) and would love to discuss ways to keep motivated to do regular exercises and eating the right foods. There is longevity in my family, so most likely I will be around for many more years. I believe nutrition is key to good health and want to make sure I find the best way to keep going, and meet the challenges of aging in a positive way. Reaching 100 is not uncommon im my family, so I'm on my way!

Hi, I'm 67. I was morbid obese on Dec 18, 2015 and have lost 110 lbs thus far (10/14/16). As a writer, solely nonfiction, I do a lot of research. I'm currently writing a book on easy weight loss is and doing a lot of research for my book.1
