In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Oppps....Started out the week badly but tomorrow is a new day.
Goals
1) Water 32oz a day 7 days- this is the hardest one for me to do.
2) No eating after 8pm - 5 days
3) Exercise - 3 days

Hi Sherri. Nice to know a little more about you. I will try to remember names but sometimes when a lot of people get on the message board I tend to forget. but with about 4 of us, it is a good thing.
I like MFP because I can stay anonymous as much as possible and at the same time I do feel like our group are friends so it is a fine line. You may know my name is Paulette as others have referred to me in past posts. Feel free to use my real name anytime you like. I live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and am not married. My sister is my roommate and together we try to make sure things are good with my 90 year old mother. I have 5 other siblings besides my roommate. I have 4 great nephews that are wonderful to spend time with.

- Workouts - 1/3 My pool plan is Tu, Th, Sa, Su for this week. Wiped out, fatigued sore muscles and it feels SO GOOD! So glad I got back to the pool yesterday
