Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

Well it's suppose to be warm today. Right now we have a light sprinkle going on not even heavy enough to wear a raincoat and if it's going to be as warm as they say I'll look like a doofus in a coat this afternoon. I can't wait to turn back the clock as it's so dark out plus this will be the first time ever I can let my body adjust to the day without having to go to work. LOL My other thought is if we only did a half hour we could just leave it there and never change it again. ;)

Exercise is done til later my friends!!!

Me too. After two days off, it feels good to move & lift & stretch. Thank God for life! Happy Monday!

Today, I am inspired by @2020pinktogo "I like to call her Pink"; and@MiamiSeoul
I got up and I kinda sorta wanta do my cardio/strength intervals...and when I thought about Mr. @fearlessinmy3rdact, I said.."Ok...gotta do this!"
Exercise: 52 minutes of intense cardio/strength intervals which includes treadmill;rowing; pushups;stationary bike; chair steps; and more. 385 calories according to my Polar heart monitor and MHR of 142 (90 percent of my maximum heart rate).
Prior to that workout, I did 21 minutes of Active Isolated Stretching. That is so nice!
    Have a great Monday!

@MiamiSeoul is gonna feel the burn tomorrow and more!
I had a very busy workday.
    Exercise: very good
Calories: very below the limit, because the exercise was more caloric intensive than usual
    Tracking; ok

I'm glad to be able to stay accountable here. Thanks, Rick!
I was away this past weekend, having too much fun at my husband's college reunion, but I was so happy to be back on track today.

Exercise-yes, just two walks, but that was all I could handle today.
    Calorie budget-yes.
Tracking everything-Yes. Being part of this group is encouraging me to be more careful in calculating things and that is great. I know how fast those little bites and tastes can add up so it's good to see it in black and white.

Great job, everyone, for sticking with it, even if you had a tough day!

@Intrinsicat - glad to hear you tracked. I think it does help to "face it" and move on. Speaking from my own experiences anyway.

Exercise- yes, ran outside for an hour, gorgeous sunny day in NorCal
    Calories- yes
    Track- yes
