    Getting ready to go out of town for a week! It will be a challenge getting my steps in while taking care of mom who is recovering from hip surgery but sitting less should be a breeze!!

    I walked a little over a mile today walking around a small lake near my house. (which is really something for me) And spent the afternoon painting my deck. I'm pooped! But happy :smile:
