Are there any tips you have, or any issues you've been facing?

I've been having a bit of a motivation problem. I have now been trying to have a healthier life-style for a couple of months. But recently I plateaued, and have been having difficulty finding motivation since. I know that the best thing is to just keep up with the diet and exercise, but its more difficult to say no (to for example chocolate, or crisps), when you feel like its not having much of an effect. Any ideas on how to tackle this issue?0

Dont be discouraged, may be you can look at your macros and see what is wrong.
keep doing excercise and follow diet !! dont give up !!0
