Today's Challenge: Enjoy your Saturday but please make it an active one. What about a family walk in the park or a bike ride?

I've found a great new way to sit less and move more. Get a puppy. :)

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

I had a great Saturday. First had brunch with son and grandson, 1 year old. Then we all went hiking along an old rail trail, surrounded by trees and waterfalls. Did 1.9 miles - I get back aches if I do much more, but we turned back because the path was getting too bumpy for the stroller we had. It was a perfect fall day, only needed a sweater.

@themedalist , congratulations on your new puppy. That new family addition will help you be even more active than you already are.

My Saturday wasn't as active as I like, but I did get a major project for work done, so it was a profitable day. And I did get my usual Saturday trip to the Farmers' Market and workout with my sister.
