Short term (weekly) goals

Hi all, I think I do best if I make some achievable short term goals. This coming week I will make my lunches the night before work so I don't end up going out to lunch with friends and stay under my sugar limit every day. As for exercise, I would like to get at least 3 Peloton rides in and 2 cross training workouts. If you guys have any goals you are striving for this week and want some help with accountability, post them here and we can work to keep you motivated during the week.

Short term goal: 10 lbs by Thanksgiving and 60 lbs off by May 1st 2017. I'm 50 yrs old, 5' 7" and currently weigh 215.8 lbs. My peloton screen name is #MusicCityBiker and yes, I live in Nashville, TN . Happy to see other Peloton members on here.0
