So how did the first week go? Did you get your extra 8 oz. of water in daily? Did you log your meals? This weekend was tough for me, we had a party and while I didn't overeat, I ate food that can trigger wanting more of that food. I'm not beating myself up over it because that is part of life. We are going to have events, parties ect, we just work it in and get back on track the next day. Let me know how your doing and where you are finding struggles.

My loss was very small! 211 to 210.4! I'm very disappointed. I'm working out everyday and 3 days I workout twice. I'm logging everything. Beginning to think I'm maybe not eating enough. Although the scale isn't moving I'm noticing that my clothes are fitting better. That's great but I want to get into the 100's again!!!2

Gained a pound. Same, not beating myself up just trying to figure out where I need to make adjustments. I've been to a lot of events ('is the season) so I think it' a lot of salt. And have not been diligent about logging. That's going to be my focus moving forward.1

Gained .8 - boooo. BUT I understand what contributed to it, and I am not deterred! I've got my plan in place this week for meals and workouts, so I am definitely expecting a loss in the coming week.1

-4.9 this week6

Up 1.6 lbs morning. But I know that is because I really physically abused myself yesterday. My legs and lower back are really stiff this morning from all the yard work I did. Today I will work on it some more.2

Add me to the gained a pound club. I know why, a lot of salty foods and alcohol. Not too worried, I know it will be gone in a day or too. Back at it.2

I stayed even this week, no gains or losses. I really struggled to workout and my eating wasn't the best. I've got a plan for this week, and I'm ready to go!2

-3 lbs. ! I finally hit "Onederland" I'm super excited for this loss. Haven't been under 200 in close to three years. Still continuing to eat under 100 g of carbs, 1600 calories, and walking 10,000 to 15,000 steps a day. Want to start working out more this week, but afraid that I won't be eating enough and I'll be burning too much... we'll see.11

stayed the same weight....sigh
over the past 28 days i've lost 5 inches over all though
this is why I don't really like scales lol4 -
I have lost 2 lb. Which is amazing since I cannot exercise because of my two torn ligaments in my foot. My clean earring and change to a Paleo lifestyle has helped a lot. I turned down candy three different times and have sworn off soda. Good much to everyone!!5

Yay! I lost 2.7 lb which is amazing considering the chocolates in the house and yes, I have cheated and had some and I am 2 weeks into quitting smoking at the same time. I call it a win that I am still sane and losing weight! Imaging how much I could've lost if not for my chocolate cheats. I'm striving for no cheating with sweets this week.7

I lost 1.2 lbs this past week! Happy to see it gone. Looking for the spreadsheet to log it? I'll look harder. I have a busy week of running from work to rehearsals this week and will have to come up with a strategy for dinner. Not much time. I may have to do 2 small meals. One before and 1 light one after I get home. Will be contemplating ...
** Found the spreadsheet and entered!2 -

I ate a small candy bar a day in October and fro-yo weekly and still lost 10 pounds, just make sure you account for those calories and macros and you'll be fine! Lifestyle changes are more important than diets!2 -

Lost 4.6 pounds. Very happy! However, this is the first week I've been serious. I typically have a big loss week one then MUCH slower after that. I have focused on clean eating and no added sugar. Sugar cravings are beginning to wane.4

It's been a great week. I have been able to get in a lot of exercise, hiking and biking. I have kept my eating under control and have had very little sweets. I have lost 2.4 lbs5

I'm down 1 pound, but I will take it. Ya'll are doing great. Remember those non scale victories also. Keep plugging along, the weight will come off.2

I usually eat pretty well during the week but fall apart on weekends. Having said that, I somehow lost 800g (1.7 pounds) this week so very happy about that!3

Could have been better but went out to eat for my birthday last night. Sunday I head out for a cruise vacation and won't be where I can weigh-in. At least when I get back I'll have a couple of days to get the salt flushed out of my system before I weigh again.3 -
Good morning everyone,
I lost 1.8 lbs this week. It was a bit of a struggle getting back on track so I'm happy to see positive results. I'm trying to focus on 3 things each week - this week was: No eating between meals, regular exercise, and drinking sufficient water. For the coming week, I'll continue to focus on exercise and drinking enough water as they're both areas I need to reinforce. In addition, I'll focus on ensuring I eat a healthy lunch - I have a tendency to eat a large breakfast and dinner with no lunch. I think that's a big contributor to my tendency to snack (often unhealthy ones and with no regard to quantity).
Here are my stats:
MFP start: 238 lbs
UGW: 140ish
CSW: 202.4 lbs
CGW: 187.4 lbs
11/8: 200.6
So far: Down 1.8 lbs
Total: Down 1.8 lbs
To go: 13.2 lbs
Have a great week, all!!5 -

-

-
i'm down 3lbs but honestly i just feel a lot better already. i'm not wanting to constantly snack on things and i feel less sluggish despite eating (a lot) less
congrats everyone, and if it hasn't been a good week for you i hope the next one is better6 -
Dropped 1.4 pounds, I was expecting a little more considering I followed my plan perfectly but its ok. I guess it is better to take it off slowly. I do feel better physically. I did not think 1200 calories would be enough to sustain me but I haven't had any serious hunger issues.4
-
I still need to increase my water and I've logged my food most days. I lost 2.5 pounds this week.6
-
Did great on water and exercise, got to tweak that calorie in. Up two ounces, feels like 2 lbs...0
