Welcome to our future! Were the pounds will be spent and the fashion earned!

There were just a few questions I wanted to ask us as a group.
  • How often do you exercise?
  • What time and day do you usually exercise?
  • What are the exercises you like to do?
  • How often do you eat a day?
  • Do you eat out a lot?
  • Do you think calorie counting is a chore?
  • What is your food weakness?

These are some of the problem areas that prevent us from weight lost. I feel if we answer the questions they could help address our diet plan weak spot. We could encourage and build up strength to go the long haul. Also we could discuss times and days were we could work out together despite the distance.

Anyway just trying to start a discussion for us to achieve our goals.

    My first day of exercise is tomorrow, so I don't have a plan yet. I'm going to try some different things the next 3 weeks and see what works, before I commit to a routine.

    Great Idea. I haven't started myself either. I'm trying to figure out my meal plan and time schedule to exercise.
