For those of you state side, we will be celebrating Thanksgiving, enjoy it, enjoy your family, friends and remember its ok to eat. While the holiday can center around food, have a little of everything, just moderation. Take a walk with the family, just enjoy yourself. This journey is not about giving up all the great food, it's about learning to eat a little of whatever you want. Enjoy my friends and Happy Thanksgiving!

    W1 143
    W2 (in Europe)
W3 145.2...bummer! I had worked really hard to get off this 145 plateau and got sidetracked on our trip. Made some great memories, just hope I don't fall off the wagon on Thursday!

I plan to put the wagon in the shed on Thursday, and then take it out Friday. Thanksgiving and Christmas only happen once each year, and they are a reward time for me. My other reward time will be when I make GOAL. So be kind to yourselves, be happy to be with those who are there, don't go crazy, but also don't deprive yourself. You are worth it!

I second this, though I won't be celebrating a huge Thanksgiving this year. Enjoy yourself, don't eat an ENTIRE pie, and just Treat Yo Self! :D

    Good morning everyone,

I'm down 2.2 lbs this week. I'm so happy! It has been a relatively easy week - no travel, no special functions - it's a good reminder of which habits I need to hang on to when things are more complicated. Activity is a key factor - I need to do something everyday.

    Here are my stats:
    OSW: 238 lbs
    UGW: 140ish lbs
    CSW: 202.4 lbs
    CW: 198 lbs
LBS lost for this Challenge: 4.4 lbs
LBS remaing for this Challenge: 10.6 lbs

Have a great week, all!! <3

Thanksgiving Turkey hit me yall
I didn't do bad with the entree foods at all. I saw the dessert and I had some. I think thats where my weight gain came in. My recorded weight for the week shows 210 which does not reflect a big weight gain, but the day before thanksgiving I was down to 208.4, I did increase even if the numbers that I recorded at the time do not reflect it.
Just motivation to worker harder right

    SW: 230
    CGW: 202
    UGW: 150

    Week 1: 216
