how big a blister? I generally ignore them unless they are large, then I drain and tape them.

Better socks? I changed to wool socks and my dodgy toe hasn't had a blister since. I have 1 toe that gets blisters easily

Put some Sports Shield or vasoline between the toes and you should be good.

Too late on my response...but if the blister is small, Vaseline and a small bandage, then put on your sock and go. If it's large, pop the blister, clean it, neosporin, waterproof bandage, and then sock. Long term though, consider changing the type of sock you use, make sure you feet are not sliding around your shoe (shoe too loose or wrong size), or put on powder or other things to keep your feet dryer when you run. Hope you had a great race!
