I currently have a membership at city of edmonton facilities but I will be cancelling my membership in December. Goodlife and Snap Fitness are both really close to me and have good hours so I'm debating changing to one of them. Anyone have any thoughts on either place? Neither seems able to give me an answer as to the monthly costs over the phone so also curious about monthly costs.

I believe Snap Fitness is $50 a month, no contract though.. Open 24/7 I was just talking to another MFP friend about Snap Fitness 2 days ago... She loves it and thinks it's great. I was thinking about trying it as well.

Before my work moved to a new building that has a gym, I was a member at Snap Fitness and I honestly loved it. Like Wade said there is no contract so that's great, and the gym is open 24/7. You let yourself in with a keycard when it's unstaffed. Also all the equipment is brand new. No old crap.

I was a member of World Health for the longest time sill I suspended my membership because of lack of time to go to the gym. I was too busy with work and school at night. Truthfully I haven’t been to any other gym beside World health and the local pools.

I have never tried GoodLife but I love Snap Fitness! There are several locations and as someone mentioned open 24/7 no excuses
