In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

I am travelling beginning on Thursday so I will check in when I can.

I am in Florida visiting my friends. I will still try to check in. I had 2 days of steps well over 6,000 and one over 7,000. Yesterday was 5400 but I am feeling good with it.

I actually got over 8 hours of sleep last night! That is a rare one but I do feel better getting in those ZZZZZ's

WOW....what a week and next week is going to be just as busy
Saturday - Husband's Christmas party..it is out of town so away until Sunday afternoon
Monday - Away again...have a Funeral to attend out of town
Tuesday- Dr. appointment - trying to get referral to have surgery on my Hiatus hernia
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday- Work
Saturday - Dinner with Family and then Grandson spending the night with us
And trying to get some Christmas decorating done....So I may not get on everyday to check in0 -
