Running

I know most of us don't like to run but since it is somthing I have to work at so I decided to to read a book by the guy who has the world record for running 1000 miles in 11 days. This guy is insane but he is very educated and just from the first half of the book that I've read I've learned a lot about running and what I've been doing wrong. I'm not saying I'm ever going to do what he did but he talks about proper running form, breathing, and how to change your mindset to enjoy it. I think it would be beneficial to anyone wanting to improve their run on the pt test and just to get in better shape and have more energy. He is also big on a more a keto diet because your body can burn fat for a longer sustained time. You only have 2500 calories of stored sugar compared to fat which is way higher. You want to train your body to use the fat and not sugar. Check it out!

I am going to get this book, running is my biggest weakness. We have to be willing to own our deficiencies and strive to improve them. Thanks for the heads up.
