Welcome to post Thanksgiving. How did it go? I step on the scale on Tuesday so we shall see. Not expecting a loss because pie came into play on Thursday, Friday and Saturday! Glad it's gone and out of the house. Anyone else feel the need to "FINISH OFF" that bad food so it won't be a temptation? Lord have mercy, how is that a good idea? Anyway, time to get back on track and kick butt this week!

We had an awesome thanksgiving, and my mother in law made sure it was all vegetarian! It's nice because A.) I am an expat living in Australia and B.) I am vego. 8D So, definitely ate heaps of food, but sadly only a few leftovers. (I did have 2 pieces of pumpkin pie for brekkie this morning. ;D)

I'm really impressed with the new diet I'm on. It's easy to keep up with. Low GI and high protein is what I'm doing right now. I haven't been logging my meals as per usual (my 8 month old has started teething, so I'm constantly holding him!), but I have kept with the principles and it shows in the results. Clothes are fitting loosely and I'm feeling pretty good about myself. I might get to my UGW of 60kg, but not in the next four weeks.

Not sure what happened this week. I had such a great feeling about the weigh-in. I didn't even indulge on Thanksgiving - I stayed within all calorie limits, my macros were on point, and I drank a gallon of water every day.
I'm thinking it's just normal fluctuation on keto I dunno. I'm a little bummed because now my challenge loss is only 7.2.0 -

I actually added exercise last week whereas before I wasn't working out. I do daily crunches/pushups/squats and I walk on the treadmill. Started pretty sedentary and out of shape, so I'm adding a little more each week.0

When you first start exercising or up your exercise, your body can retain water because of muscle repair. Sounds like you're doing everything right, so I bet @ashcky is right and you'll have that woosh soon!1 -

I'm waiting and waiting for my monthly visitor to arrive. She's late and a big factor in this week's weigh-in...and in my attitude this morning. Ugh.
Still, I have to celebrate that I'm 2.6 pounds down in this challenge. 5.4 to go, and I still think I can get there! Especially once this bloat disappears.1 -
I'm seriously shocked I lost anything last week. I'm guessing it's all the walking I'm doing with our new puppy. Loss this weigh in 1.6

I gained .4 lbs this week. Not at all happy. Saw it coming all week long and felt powerless to do anything about it. Oh well, as they say in the movies - Tomorrow is another day, Scarlet. I will make the necessary changes to see better results next week. Here are my stats:
