It's Friday and Fridays mean I need pockets. So I'm going for the sweater with the little pockets as the pants don't have any. How did this happen? LOL Sunday I was suppose to do cookies with my mom and now I have to run over after my work shift Sat and do them. My mom says she will move everything around as long as she doesn't have to go to lunch with us. LOL Hopefully all will go well. Everybody will play nice.2

My exercise for the morning was Active Stretching/Preparation for Movement for 25 minutes, then 4.2 mph on my treadmill while watching an old cowboy movie.5

Yes X 3 - I've been going into work early so I can feel justified to stay though the whole body pump class. It meets 3 days a weeks and I am aiming to improve my strength this winter. A manly push up (like @Shutterbuggg ) would be the Holy Grail! I'll keep trying but I'm taking it off my bucket list.
Confession - I did have two mint M&Ms when they appeared on my desk - but I tracked them!

Yesterday was an all-around horrible day. It was a stress letdown day with dealing with some emotional things. I did manage to get to the gym and walk for 30 min, but that was about all. Today, however, was a MUCH better day! Sleep and rest helped. I'm glad it was a winning day for me! I'm looking forward to many more of this type of day this month!5 -

I weighed in at 25 lbs under my highest weight this morning. It is crazy to imagine where those extra pounds were. I'm just happy they are not there anymore

Second day and second skip. Throat is still so sore that I am not up for exercise. But I think I am starting to feel better and plan on jumping in tomorrow.0

Pass day #2 for me - went over calories at my X-mas party. I tried to plan it out then had one (or maybe 2) extra glasses of wine. It's hard to stick to moderation when it's an open bar! Oh well...I had a fun time2
