    Today's delusion. I can drink beer but I am going to give up Cliff Bars. I knew better than that.
    I gotta kick beer out of my diet.

    Exercised? Yes, Made it to the 5 o'clock class. Worked on my push ups and made it to 22 today! I am slowly improving! Hopefully I can do a full pushup (off my knees) by end of the month!

    @deejkush So glad it is working, I was the same way last month. It really does make a difference when you are being held accountable by others.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No, tennis got rained out and I didn't do anything to make up for it. Was in a bit of a Monday funk. Will do better tomorrow.

    Yes. 20 minutes leisurely walking-I was tired and lazy and my poor Gabby-Girl, I think I may have overdone it on Saturday with our hour and a half trekking cuz she was SLOW moving and has a little owie on her paw. :cry: I felt horrible, she's not as young as she used to be.

    Yes and surprisingly I almost hit my limit for the day and I only had Smoothies all day yesterday!

    Yes I did. :smile:
