It's Tuesday and I'm in Los Angeles, CA. I'm an tax lawyer who does lots of estate and asset protection planning. I'm here to consult with a great teaching attorney in Redondo Beach and see my youngest daughter, Catherine (that was the real motivator).

California, jeesh, I can't remember when I last was in California. Christmas party. Dang, that was a while ago.
Light duty exercise today kind of. I didn't even turn my fitness watch on. Rode up a miniscule hill to the schoolhouse to help with them little rascals. Walker walking with Buddy that is about 8 calories. That little guy had some energy today. He kept trying to get into the PE building. Man he loves them PTs. Helped out with lunch. That lets a harried staff member get a needed break. For all that I earned a beer. Careful now. This is where I get upticks in my weight oscillations.
But 20 minutes exercise, I hope that includes going downhill cuz it don't take me 20 minutes to climb that hill.

I have to say, this accountability group is working for me, because I keep having an internal dialogue that goes like this: 'I can have a little extra, I've been sticking with the plan so well...NO-- you can't do that and stay in the challenge! resist! So far, so good.7 -

I've noticed that since I began this challenge, I've become more aware of when I am hungry. Unfortunately, it's made me realize that I often ate when I wasn't hungry. Live and learn6 -

Exercised? Yes, Made it to the 5 o'clock class. Worked on my push ups and made it to 22 today! I am slowly improving! Hopefully I can do a full pushup (off my knees) by end of the month!

Yes. 20 minutes leisurely walking-I was tired and lazy and my poor Gabby-Girl, I think I may have overdone it on Saturday with our hour and a half trekking cuz she was SLOW moving and has a little owie on her paw.I felt horrible, she's not as young as she used to be.

Yes and surprisingly I almost hit my limit for the day and I only had Smoothies all day yesterday!
