I'm still in California and it doesn't look like a Midwest Christmas scene around here.2 -
Someone asked off at the branch for Fri so I will be doing some travel to get there and they are calling for snow. The only good thing is I have an early shift I won't be the person there when it closes.3

650 exercise calories for going around the block a bunch of times. It is kind of hard to muster psychological endurance for that. Climbing road the scenery always changes and there might be animals. So it is a lot easier to talk yourself into another few minutes.
Climbing road, patches of snowpack. Can't do it on two wheels.
So I am looking at way less metabolism going on here. I gotta amp it up or kick something else out of my diet. Bite the bullet and re up at a gym.
Maybe I will go look at Planet Fitness.

Tracking: yes. Even the hot chocolate. Mmm. And brie baguette. Indulgent day maybe.
Baby finally been prescribed antibiotics so hopefully will be better soon and then so much easier to cook healthy food and exercise.

I have the sit down booth at work. Today I had a guy who was a POW in Vietnam. He kept staring at me and finally I asked if something was wrong. He told me I looked like his first wife but when he returned 6 years later she had moved on with her life. So it was a slow day he sat there and told us his story and OMG. Our bank president was in awe he's like people tell you so much. He was going by and stopped to listen.

Exercise, 900 ft climbing and 650 cals. Didn't quite eat all of it.
Around the block, believe it or not is kind of like interval training or hill repeats. It has some HIIT to it if I have the ambition. My knee might not be real enthused tomorrow though. Maybe a mile walking in sand. I think it is supposed to be colder. Probably no taking Buddy outside. I keep wanting to come up with a description about how that little guy shows his strength.
Kids at school are changing a little bit. We like it. I need to come up with a description for that too. Heh, that is the thing about climbing. Plenty of time to think about descriptions.3 -

I've got three yeses for today, even though my exercise was just walking while shopping. I'm always amazed at how many steps I get when I do my weekly shopping (maybe because I go to several different stores?).1 -
Hi Everyone,
It's 10:10 pm in California.
Had a great learning experience today with a brilliant teacher in my career niche. Well worth this end of your trip. I did walk along the pier and Harborside and Redondo Beach. Also had lots of seafood today. It really helps one keep one's calories and check and I did my tracking. So I was OK for today and I was OK yesterday. I fly home tomorrow
