Ive been down since march with herniated disc..just got surgery last month feel much better but not exercising took a toll now i need help getting back motivated!Im determined but my body needs to catch up!anyone starting over???

    i am no motivation living in buffalo ny too cold to go out and do things so im looking for friends to keep me motivated as well
