Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

Meanwhile, somewhere in London, @am_change is getting an aerobic workout pushing the pram in the snow.

LOL Yep Rick it hits hard and fast those people were literally on the road and a white out hit and they all just stopped and thus why all the cars look like that as they couldn't see where they were going when they just put their cars in park and prayed it would be over fast enough for them to get out of there.0

I can now do the woo hoo it's pretty much done. Though I thought of a few odd things that could be done. Yesterday I also got to do a few other things not on the list I got to see Richard Rudolph. He is 91 and he does the red bucket for the Salvation army. I went into the one store and I was like DICK!!! And he got up and gave me a hug and a kiss and he said OMG all the salvation army people were so worried something had happened to me as I wasn't there this year at my old job and they had a hell of a time with the people there. They all informed them I was at the bank. I also ran to wilbert house and dropped off a huge tote of fabric for him and the seniors. they make comfort dolls for the ambulances and then if the fabric isn't suitable for that he takes it to his other group to make linus blankets. If the fabric isn't suitable for linus another group takes it and makes puppy blankets. All within 15 miles of each other. Wilbert is amazing he is in his 80's and every day he is doing something either for a senior place or Roswell cancer institute.
I was going to run to mom and dad's but they ran over here after church last night and told me not to venture over as they are calling for those lake effect snows today. Last year I was over at their house decorating cookies and within an hour there was 8 inches of snow. LOL As soon as it cleared I took off and got home.4 -
Rick these are brilliant! We have fog rather than snow in London at the moment. Not such a festive feel to it!
Yes x 3 today. Back on track. Phew!2 -
These are photos from my town. The high today was 0*F, -15*F with the wind chill. Lake Superior is warmer than the air, resulting in the fog over the lake. It is beautiful.
The photos are taken by my friend Dan Jandl (http://www.danjandlphoto.com/Photos-for-Food).

Sorry I'm late with checking in. This weekend I took the weekend off. We had a snowstorm, and I was scheduled to work. Fortunately, I work at home, but I didn't leave my house so no exercise, and I didn't count my food. Just wanted to keep myself accountable.1
