    DD goes to liver donor appointments all day today. They can take 1/2 your liver and both halves grow back to full size. Still scary proposition for me as a father of now two kids facing major surgery.

    I'm taking GS to his driving test today, after some parallel parking practice, another scary proposition. .

    News to celebrate Mike, medicine has really advanced; most of all be appreciative that you have raised a caring daughter. Will keep both uplifted.
    GS driving couldn't be as bad as my DMIL being on road.
    Warming trend should be in low 60's later in week.

    I didn't know which thread to go with this morning, so I went with the one with the most posts.

    Mike, keeping your family in prayer. Yes, this is very scary, but sounds like a way to really help your son. I have heard that this can be very effective.

    Supposed to be a little warmer today. Perhaps we'll get lingering ice off the roads today.

    Good Morning All. Mike this is great to hear and a testimony to the family you raised.

    I didn't do much yesterday, ran a few errands, snaked and cleaned a drain. But somehow I got over 10,000 steps for the first time in 3 mos. I used to take anything under 12,000 an easy day. Perhaps the secret to a more active lifestyle is to do nothing.
