So today is an early day for me and I guess it's a blessing in disguise. I need to go to the ups drop off for my daughter and then i have to return my dad's cell phone to him as I took it in and had the guy look at it. I originally looked at the early day and did the woo hoo as I am in drive thru my least favorite place. Now I will be running and hopefully getting home at the same time if i worked my regular shift. The world has hit the fast button and I'm not keeping up! I have failed in tracking and even exercise this past weekend. Forgive me if I don't check in for a few days and everyone have a wonderful Christmas.3

@fitqueenbess Yes, this time of the year....lots of other things move us along. Hopefully, for everyone, it's family; friends, important relationships, gratitude, love and laughter.
Those are all very important too!
For me: I have missed the UAC bus several times this month, and today, I was surprised to see that it as @bocasdelbob might say, "Mr. Scale tells me that there is no new damage." I am grateful. As I see it, there are 3 weeks down since Thanksgiving and I just need to be as accountable as "reasonable" (there is a rationalization) until past January 1. Not too bad.4 -

I took a random day off to Christmas shop and get some things done. According to my Fitbit I was in fat burn mode for 5 and a half hours. And I still went to the 5 oclock class. I'm pooped!

Yes x 3 today, barely! Got caught up working on a project & realized at 11p.m. that I needed to hit the treadmill! So I'm up late which normally = snack time, but I won't. Let me take my meds & I'm off to bed.

@MiamiSeoul , I hear you. I turn 50 in a few weeks, and my plan WAS to be in the best shape of my life. Well, apparently, it's not gonna happen on that timeline. However, despite feeling royally angry at myself for striking out (this was the 3rd bad day) for the December Challenge today, I am not going to give up. Just getting onto a different timeline.
