    I'm at my last out of town business meeting of the year in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This view is from the a tramway that was built to ferry workers up and down Mt. Washington (which is definitely not a mountain). Pittsburgh is a wonderful community.

    Ok working at the bank I have decided that one people spend way too much money on the holiday. 2 It's too bad the holiday has gotten so centered on gifts. How long does the gifts make the person happy? Can they even recall what you got them the following year? Granted if it was cash they just say of course I remember you gave me cash. I don't know I think this holiday needs some revamping even in my own house.

    yes x 3 for yesterday I went to bed early yesterday it was just going to be a rest while my husband was on the phone but I never got up.

    First day of winter break (for this teacher). I felt great sleeping in (sort of) and then exercising. I had lunch with friends, but still stayed in the zone. Good day. : )
    The best gift is health. And we can really only give it to ourselves.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Three days in a row is good for me! Can't wait to do next month's challenge!

    Well, it's mighty late for me. I've arrived back home from my quick round trip to Pittsburgh.
    Happily, I am ok and in the groove. Did quite a bit of walking and I did not go over on my calories.
    Yes to calorie limit; tracking; and sufficient activity.

    I completely agree @2020pinktogo
    I work with children in quite a deprived area and it's always a stressful time of year as parents overspend on presents and then don't have enough for some basics like food.
    @deejkush you completely got it there. Thank you. It is all about health. For 20th and 21st I exercised but didn't log. Today (22nd) thanks to your inspiration I'm back on it. Every BLT!

    Pass Day 3

    December is not my month to make the Winners' Circle, but I'm not giving up on reaching that goal. January is my month!

    I may be taking pass days for Christmas Eve and Christmas, but I will stay accountable the rest of the month. There are 9 days left this month to make great choices.

    Had a girls night with a few friends and snacked on a lot of veggies instead of the calorie bombs that were there. I had to save the calories for the wine!

    @Shutterbuggg I always have a glass of red wine. It's just one glass with 6 oz and it is an important delight of the evening.
